Melissa Sabbatino founded Peconic River Preserves in 2015 with the intent of preserving the finest local ingredients for your home table, based on her rich family tradition of doing the same. 

Our jams are hand crafted in small batches using locally sourced produce when in season and 100% organic cane sugar. Whether you use it on traditional toast, a glaze for a roast, with plain yogurt or cheese and crackers, you can be sure you're putting the very best on your table.
